It appears ScriptX is unavailable or has failed to install.
Has the Infobar appeared?
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or later on Windows XP SP2 or later then the Explorer Information bar may appear while trying to install ScriptX, it looks like this:
If the bar has appeared, follow the instructions: click on the bar and then select Install ActiveX Control...
Are you an administrator?
ScriptX is code that requires you have administrator rights on your machine in order to install it successfully.
If you are not an administrator, please contact your administrator and ask them to install ScriptX for you.
MeadCo's ScriptX :: Advanced Printing Sample
This page illustrates some advanced uses of ScriptX.
The page specifies a custom header and footer, margins (in inches) and the printing of background color & images.
The control buttons will not appear on the print-out.
Promptless printing is used.
The IFrame can be previewed (as well as printed) on its own (requires that the IE7 style template is in use).
The printing of another (html) document by downloading and printing in the background.
Waiting for the completion of print spooling and indication that printing is in progress is implemented in the script.
Internet Explorer's default printing User Interface is (optionally) disabled.
The user's default printing settings will be automatically restored upon leaving the document.
Select the template to use: 
The default template type is for IE 5.5/6 behaviour for IE 5.5/6 browser versions and IE 7/8 type behaviour for the IE 7 and later browsers. This sample has specifically requested the IE 7/8 style template is used.
